• APPLICATION

  The valve controls the amount of the air flowing into the Air-End in order that the compressor may operate efficiently during load and unload conditions.

• PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
  • It is to secure and control the air intake by implementing the Butterfly Control Disk and Swing Check Valve.
  • A special type of Venting Valve is attached, which includes Servo Cylinder and Solenoid Valve.
  • Servo Cylinder (KSC) is the piston type device assuring the durability and operates softly by the inserted orifice.
  • Solenoid Valve is attached to the main body of Venting Valve. During the unloading process, an amount of the air is vented with the purpose of reducing the noise.
• INSTALLATION

  It is installed at the suction flange of the Air-End either directly or via flange adaptor depending on the type of Air-End.

 
Capacity Control: Additionally, there is a need for Proportional Controller to monitor the capacity. The position of the KSC Control Disc within the range between full and 70% load should be partly closed in accordance with the relevant pressure at the Proportional Controller inlet.
